Yes, as long as you return it to us within 28 days by post to Lungi Customer Services, we will happily give you an exchange or refund. If you are going to send it back to us, make sure you send it registered post, as we can’t be responsible for anything that goes missing. Also, the goods must be unwashed and unworn, complete with original proof of purchase.

If you order before 2.00pm UK time, we will try to despatch the goods to you the same day via Royal Mail. This is not always possible during busy periods, but we do our best. This means that majority of stuff, when it is in stock, will arrive within a couple of working days. Goods ordered from 3.00pm on a Friday through to Monday will not be despatched until Monday. If you order something that is not in stock but some more are due in to us, we will let you know this, and place your order on back order.
